    When to make a request

    Maintenance requests can be made at any time. However, unless they are an emergency they will be responded to Mon – Fri. 9 am – 6 pm.

    How to make a request

    You can make a maintenance request by logging into your resident portal. Select the drop down menu in the top right corner, select contact us, enter your request and hit save!

All payments can be made online or dropped off on the 3rd floor of the Fincastle.

    When to pay

    Rent is due on the first (1) day of every month. If rent is not paid by the third (3) day of the month, late fees will be applied.

    How to pay

    You can pay rent by logging into your resident portal and paying online or you may drop off a check/money order to the 3rd floor drop box.
    We do not accept cash.

    Don't forget!

    Be sure to include your apartment number on your check/money order. That way we will know who to credit the payment to.

    Where to get a check/money order

    There are many places you can go. 5/3 bank on fourth Street, BB&T off liberty, Walgreen off Broadway or any Walmart or Weston Union. There are many more but these are the most common places to go.

    How to fill out your check/money order

    Make sure the check/money order is MADE OUT TO – TAURUS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
    The check/money order INCLUDES THE DATE, YOUR FULL NAME(S) & APARTMENT NUMBER
    The check/money order is SIGNED BY YOU BEFORE TURNED IN

    Where to take it

    You will turn in your check or money order on THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE FINCASTLE in the drop box labeled WHITESTONE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

    Don't forget!

    Make sure the money order covers the full portion of the rent. If living with roommates and multiple money orders are purchased – they must be all submitted together to cover the full cost of the monthly rate.

When purchasing a money order, you must do so by using cash. With this, we recommend that you and all of your roommates do so together. We recommend that you drop the check/money order off together as well to ensure rent has been paid in full and correctly.
