Rent includes your DirectTV and YMCA Membership along with all furnishings!
Utilities, internet, renter’s insurance, and parking.

For a flat rate of $100 (per person) each month you will have internet and all utilities (water, trash/sewer,
and electricity) included. Which means no more sky-high surprise utility bills!

Plus, we keep the electricity in our name so you never have to pay the electric company a deposit for service.

Renter’s insurance is required. It’s generally inexpensive (often less than $15 per month) and totally worth having.

There are lots of parking options around the building and the prices vary depending on the parking lot. Rates generally range from $60 to $90 per month.

Each resident is provided with a bed and clothing wardrobe. The living space will have a couch, accent chair, end table, computer desk & chair, coffee table, tv stand and flat-screen television. The kitchen comes with a table and chairs, as well as new stainless steel appliances.
Yes, we’ll collect your security deposit when you sign your lease. The security deposit is always equal to one month’s rent. If your unit is $900 per month, your security deposit would be $900.
Yes! One bedroom apartments start at $900 per month. Some are even big enough to have a roommate, but we understand if sharing space just isn’t your thing!
Yes! Two bedrooms apartments start at $1,300 per month. Lease one all to yourself or share the space with roommates and split the rent.
No, we do not.
Rent is always due on the first (1) day of the month.
– Pay with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order.

– Pay by check, debit or credit card through our resident portal (*service fee may apply).

– Have your bank automatically deduct rent from your bank account each month to send in payment.

Simply visit thefincastle.com/resident and click the “submit a maintenance request” button. You’ll be able to do everything right from your resident portal.
Your mail will be delivered to our mailbox located in the lobby, which you can access at any time.

If you’ve ordered a package, FedEx or UPS will attempt to deliver your package to your apartment. If you’re not home, they will leave your package in our package delivery room and we’ll hold on to it until you get back.

Yes! We do have a laundry facility onsite that accepts both card and coins.
We also have our laundry room professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.
There are plenty of options nearby! However, we have a partnership with Parc and get you a discounted rate in the Brown Parking Garage. This is located just north of the building and is accessed via covered walkway.
